Began career, following four years at Southwest Missouri State University(no degree, lots of fun), in 1975 with Dorsey Love & Associates, a national recruiting firm of more than 10 Headhunters, and progressed rapidly to Manager, Food Division. Left in 1982 to open Wade Palmer & Associates which I continue to actively operate today.
By the late 90's I had begun a fascination with internet employment knowing it was going to play a major role in the future of recruiting so set about developing a niche site for Food & Beverage Manufacturing. My partner, Jim Crumpley, and I, along with Mandy Osburn (Site Manager) launched Careersinfood.com in June 2001 and soon added to our staff Brian Cain (IT Manager), Russ Aldridge (Marketing Manager), and Andi Loop (Administrative Assistant/Researcher). I serve as President of our growing organization taking an active role in development and support. Our corporate name is now Careerspecific.com and some of our active divisions include Careersinfood.com; NEWT (Niche Employment Website TechnologyTM); Recruiterwebhosting.com; and Recruiterinfoshare.com.

In 1982 he founded Jim Crumpley and Associates specializing in Medical Device and Pharmaceutical placement in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Research & Development. He is a member of Intercity Personnal Associates (IPA), and a founding partner of Careerspecific.com, an internet company which designs and develops niche employment sites.
